Do we accept health insurance?
We are registered with most major insurance providers, including Allianz, Aviva, Axa Health, Axa Global, Bupa Global, Cigna Global and WPA. If you are covered by one of these providers, please ensure the following:
You provide your insurance policy or membership number, authorisation code for treatment and number of sessions authorised prior to your appointment. Without this information, you will be responsible for covering the treatment at our private rate.
You review your insurance coverage and policy terms before your appointment to confirm that your treatment will be covered.
You understand that any unpaid balances, including excess fees, are your responsibility and will need to be paid privately.
If you are with an insurance provider not listed above, payment for treatment will be due on the day of service. However, we can provide you with an invoice with all the necessary details you need for reimbursement. In this case, we recommended contacting your insurance provider beforehand to verify the level of coverage for the treatment at our private rate.
For more information, please refer to your insurance policy terms, read our terms and conditions or contact us for guidance.
